  • Not always easy to find right kind
  • Soft shank = on toes easier

  • Pointe shoes made for them
  • People make them specially for them
  • Made based on needs of their feet

  • Wider box = easier to turn
  • Narrow box = faster turns
  • Pros dont have such a hard time getting proper shoes

  • Chacott = soft
  • Russian pointe = hard
  • Different types in each brand
