FITNESS PLAN

JUSTIN SCHEUER 10TH BLOCK

GOALS

  • Lose 15-20 pounds
  • Have a better diet
  • Muscular endurance increase
  • Increase flexibility

MONDAY:CARDIO RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE

  • Run/walk a mile
  • Every week increase your distance
  • Add a bike if you want
  • Increase distance every week
  • Start at 50% and increase to 100%

WEDNESDAY: FLEXIBILITY

  • Add many stretches to increase flexibility and movement
  • Yoga
  • Sit and reach

FRIDAY:MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

  • 3sets 10 reps dumbell press
  • 3sets 8 Reps barbell squats
  • Each week increase weight
  • This should increase strength and endurance

EATING HABITS

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Stay away from pop and sugars
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables

REST

IN BETWEEN EACH WORKOUT DAY BE SURE TO RELAX YOUR MUSCLES
