  • Contemporary slavery means slavery in this present day.
  • Three examples are child slavery, bonded labour and forced marriage

HOW DO WE KNOW SLAVERY EXIST?

  • Some slaves are children that have to do things illegally so they don't get abused.
  • Some also have to work for them and do the dirty work for their masters.

WHY IS THERE SLAVERY?

  • There is slavery because some people don't want to get arrested for doing things illegally.
  • People capture their slaves and let them do their dirty work.
  • Slavery is a result of greed.

WHO IS MOST AFFECTED BY MODERN DAY SLAVERY?

  • Children are most affected by modern day slavery because they don't know how they would be affected.
  • On the other hand adults know that it is bad.
  • Children are younger and work harder than older people.

HOW WILL SOCIETY BE AFFECTED?

  • The children will be abused.
  • The cycle of poverty will continue.
  • No one will learn anything.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

  • More education to let people know slavery is bad.
  • Let people know that everyone is born with equal rights and no one should be enslaved.
  • To let people be aware of the problem we could put up anti slavery posters.
  • We could also put it on social media.
