Where do they come from?

Avocados can not grow in a low temperature area. They mostly grow in subtropical or tropical areas such as Florida. The best season to eat avocados is in the spring.

HOW TO PICK THE PERFECT AVOCADO

• You feel how soft or hard it is.
• If it is soft but not too soft it is ripe
• If it is hard it isnt ripe.
• Avocados can be eaten cooked or raw
• Avocados grow on the avocado tree

HOW TO PREPARE

• First you cut the avocado in half around the pit.
• Next you turn the sides opposite and pull the sides apart
• Then you take the pit out and do whatever you need to do.

The avocados provides nearly 20 essential nutrients such as fiber, potassium, vitamin e, vitamin b and folic acid.
