From standing, exhale, then inhale & raise arms overhead, exhale & lower arms

  • Legs hip width apart
  • Exhale, bend knees, thighs back as if sitting on chair
  • Inhale, raise arms over head.
  • Lift head & heart.
  • Repeat a few times, reach up to sky to finish pose.

  • Feet hip width apart
  • Shift weight to right foot & lift foot behind & hold with left hand.
  • Raise right arm & look straight ahead to help balance
  • Repeat on other side.
