I chose this iconic mountain as the backdrop for this first slide because when I thought about what picture describes leadership to me, the first image that came to my mind was a big, beautiful mountain.

Leadership is big: a lot can be accomplished with good leadership. Good leadership is strong, and good leadership can be beautiful.
