  • In the newspaper the heading of the story for saving the kids from burning was " Juvenile Delinquents Turn Heroes ".
  • Society considers the Greasers as Juveniles because they are troublemskers and cause fights.
  • The Greasers will never lose their name as a Juvenile, because they will always be a greaser.

K IS FOR KILLING

  • Johnny was trying to save Ponyboy from drowning, so Johnny took out his knife and killed Bob.
  • When Socs and Greasers get into fights, they get out of hand and someone can get killed.
  • When the Socs beat up Johnny, Johnny could get killed because the beat him up badly.

  • Once the church caught on fire, Ponyboy and Johnny saved the kids from burning.
  • Ponyboy and Johnny risked their lifes, for trying to save other lifes.
  • Once Johnny and Ponyboy were considered heroes and life savers.

  • The Socs dont favor friendship like the Greasers do, they favor money.
  • The Socs have the high life, cool cars, women, and money.
  • The Greasers cherish spending time together but the Socs cherish spending money.

  • Ponyboy always tries to be nice to people.
  • Ponyboy treats Cherry kindly, unlike Dally did.

  • An outsider is someone who doesnt belong as a Greasers or a Socs.
  • Ponyboy is an outsider because he doesnt really fit in.
  • Also Cherry is an outsider, she doesnt fit in as a Socs or a Greaser.

  • Ponyboy is Sodapops little brother and their greasers.
  • Ponyboy does very well in school, and loves movies.
  • Ponyboy is the youngest in the gang but he doesnt really fit in.

  • After the murder of Bob, Johnny and Pony had to find somewhere to lay low& be quiet.
  • Darry told them were to hide, in an abonded church, they had to be quiet for days.
  • The abonded church was located on a hilltop, it was nice and quiet up there.
