Judaism beliefs in:

God: In Judaism, ultimately reality is a single, all powerful God.
Jesus: they believe in the Messiah.
Holy Spirit: They do not believe in the Holy Spirit.

Judaism beliefs continued:

Salvation: Salvation of an individual Jew is connected to the salvation of the entire people.
Death: they firmly believe that death is not the end of human existence.

Christianity beliefs in:

God: They believe in one and that he is the creator.

Jesus: They believe in Jesus and that he is the Son of Man

Holy Spirit: They believe the Holy Spirit is God.

Salvation:They believe salvation is made possibly by the sacraficial death of Jesus.

Death: they believe when a person dies they either go to heaven or hell.

God: They believe in one God named Allah.

Jesus: They believe Jesus was one of God's gewatest messengers.

Holy Spirit: They believe in the HolySpirit named Jibreel.

Salvation: The object of life is to live in a way that is pleasing to Allah

Death: They believe in the afterlife where you either go to Paradise or hell.

Hinduism beliefs in:

God: Most Hindus are devoted followers of one of the principal gods Shiva, Vishnu or Shakti.

Jesus: Some Hindus regard Jesus as incarnation of the god Vishnu.

Holy Spirit: They do not believe in the Holy Spirit.

Hinduism beliefs continued:

Salvation: salvation for a Hindu is called Mosksha. Mosksha is when an enlightened human being s freed from the cycle of life and death and comes to a state of completeness. He then comes one with god.

Death: Hindus believe in Karma. They believe if karma is unresolved then the soul is born into a new body, but if karma is resolved they attain mosksha.

  • Writings: Shri Guni Granth

Sikhism beliefs in:

God: they believe in one God

Jesus: They do not believe Jesus Is Gods son.

Holy Spirit: They believe the holy Spirit does not exist.

Sikhism beliefs continued:

Salvation: They believe In order to attain salvation one must live a honest life and meditate on God.

Death: hey believe in reincarnation.

Founder: Has no founder

Date founded:Mid-4th to 5th century CE or earlier.

Writings: The Kojiki and the Nihongi

Shinto beliefs in:

God: They believe Kami is their god.

Jesus: they believe he was a translator for them and their religion.

Holy Spirit: Kami is their Holy Spirit and is full of sacred spirits.

Shinto beliefs continued:

Salvation: Salvation is based on the belief that all living things have an essence, soul or spirit known as "kami."

Death: They believe People who die violently, lead unhappy lives, or have no family to care for their kami become hungry ghosts, causing trouble for the living.

Buddhism beliefs in:

God: They do not believe in God.

Jesus: They do not believe in Jesus

Holy Spirit: they do not believe in the Holy Spirit.

Salvation: Salvation in early Buddhism was nirvana.

Death: After one is either reincarnated or enters nirvana.

Confucianism beliefs in:

God: There is no god in Confucianism, but rather a force called the Tao, also known as the Great Ultimate.

Jesus: They do not believe in Jesus.

Holy Spirit: They do not believe in the Holy spirit

Salvation: They do not typically hold beliefs about the individual salvation

Death: They don't focus on death but they focus more on life on earth.

CONFUCIUS RELICS

  • Founder: Lao-Tze
  • Date founded:550 B.C.E
  • Writings: Zhuangzi and Taode Jing

Taoism beliefs in:

God: They do not believe in God.
Jesus: They accept him as probably real but not relevant to followers of Taoism.

Salvation: They believe salvation is not necessary.

Death: They believe death is simply a transformation from being to non-being.
