- The company might be able to make a lot of money in the country that they outsource to.
- the country might make the product that they need better then they can themselves.

- People that want to work at IT jobs.The main city in India for this type of outsource is "Bangalore".

India's culture has changed because of outsourcing:
- The people who work in IT jobs can now afford more than their parents.
- People who have IT jobs don't have to have arranged marriages.
- People that need help with their technology can now call the call-center workers that speak english
