  • Bradford was one of the first puritans.
  • Bradford wrote a journal entry about his life and what life was like as a puritan.

  • Couplet is two lines in a poem in which the last words in the lines rhyme.

  • Dimeter is a sequence in a poem that has two feet in the line.

  • England changed its religion to suit king Henry which the puritans did not like so moved.
