Each type of mutation produced different proteins, except the substitution mutation. For deletion and insertion, the new proteins were much different. Insertion had a completely changed amino acids, while deletion made the protein much smaller, an early stop codon.
The deletion mutation caused the most changes, making the protein short of amino acids. A mutation can be silent when it's a substitution because there are multiple codons for the same amino acid
