  • Its almost a perfect sphere.
  • It also has a very strong magnetic field.

MERCURY

  • Mercury is the closest planet to the sun.
  • A year in Mercury is just 88 earth days.
  • Mercury is the 2nd smallest planet.
  • Its the second densest planet.
  • Mercury is also the 2nd hottest planet.

VENUS

  • The second planet to the sun.
  • Venus rotates counter-clockwise.
  • The second brightest object!!
  • The hottest planet in our solar system.
  • A day on Venus last longer than a year.

EARTH🌍

  • Earth is where we live.
  • Its covered in 75% of water.
  • It has a powerful magnetic field.
  • Its the third planet to the sun.
  • It rotates at a 23 degree angle.

MARS

  • The fourth planet to the sun.
  • Has the same landmass as earth.
  • The third smallest planet.
  • Mars has a very weak gravity.

JUPITER

  • The fifth planet to the sun.
  • The largest planet.
  • It is a gas giant.
  • The fourth brightest object.
  • Has the shortest day.

SATURN

  • The second largest planet.
  • Saturn has many rings.
  • Its mostly made of hydrogen.

URANUS

  • The seventh planet to the sun.
  • Referred as the "ice giant."
  • One of the coldest planets.
  • Has two sets of rings.
  • Has many moons.

NEPTUNE

  • The eighth planet to the sun.
  • The fourth largest planet.
  • Neptune is the most dense.
  • It has 14 moons.
  • Spins on its axis very fast.

PLUTO

  • The ninth planet to the sun.
  • The smallest planet.
  • A dwarf planet.
  • Has many moons.
