WHO MADE IT?

• While it is asumtion than an Italian by the name of Gaetano Vinaccia was the first person in guitar history to create the frame of an acoustic guitar. But a guy from Spain whose name was Antonio Torres Jurado is given credit for building the first guitar that we recognize today.

WHEN WAS IT MADE?

• The first guitar of six strings was invented in 1779. In the 1850's, the first classical guitar was invented.

WHERE WAS IT INVENTED?

• The six string guitar was invented in Naples, Italy. The first classical guitar was invented in Seville, Spain.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

THE DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE ACOUSTIC GUITAR

• It is divided into 3 main parts:
• The Body
• The Neck (Which Holds The Frets)
• The Head (Which Contains The Tuning Pegs)
• The most important piece of the body is the soundboard. It is the wooden piece in front of the guitars body, and it's job is to make the guitar's sound loud enough to hear.
