Erosion is a big problem around the world today.

One of the main causes for erosion is soil composition loss. When the soil loses elements such as roots, the soil becomes loose and erodes.

Wind, rain, and glacial ice are another cause of erosion. These causes take more time to erode the earth because they do less damage, but the damage is spread over a long period of time.

The biggest contributor are the natural elements and the problem is the erosion of the land. The scientists benefit because they need to observe Erosion to find a way to stop it.

Erosion had many effects on the environment and also human life. Houses may fall or break apart if the land under their foundation erodes away.

One impact of erosion is property/environment loss. When erosion occurs, the land falls away from the mainland and breaks down.

There are multiple solutions for erosion. One of the solutions is planting vegetation to help hold together the soil. Another important solution to erosion is retaining walls. A retaining wall is a wall made to withstand the elements to keep the land from eroding

New changes such as laws that make it so if something is being eroded it has to be stopped by the owners of the land to keep the earth nice

Make sure that all the places erosion can occur are well vegetated or have another way of stopping erosion such as a barrier that blocks the elements. Be aware that this is affecting everyone even if you don't know it.

Our class should help bring awareness to erosion because erosion is affecting people worldwide. Erosion is a serious topic that takes away environments that animals need to live, and it also affects humans because the erosion causes land underneath houses to fall away causing the house to break apart as it falls.
