• The chimera has a second head which is a goat 
• The chimera's hind is a dragon/snake
• It also has a set of goat udders

• The chimera has the speed of a lion and the strength 
• The head of the goat could ram anyone or anything in its way
• The fire breathing dragon/snake could burn anyone or anything
• The goat udders allow the chimera to step in any hard objects in the ground

how the capital uses it as a weapon

• The chimera is used to gather the tributes to fight for excitement  
• They also use it in case any tribute is reaching the edge 
• The capitol also uses the mutt for the last tributes standing to end it
• If any one does not obey or follow the rules of the capitol they-
• use the mutt as a punishment
