  • The DNA is copied and they copy is sent to RNA
  • The reason for transcription is to transfer genetic info

TRANSLATION

  • tRna adds amino acids
  • mRNA , a codon at a time,connects and move through ribosomes

THE CODON CHART

  • Used to decode DNA
  • Cytosine with Guanine
  • Adenine with Thymine
  • But in mRNA Adenine with URICIL and Cytosine with Guanine
  • These bases have to paired together
