SOLAR PUMP VS. HAND PUMP

• Solar water pumps is a type technology that can be very expensive. They are not that much durable but it holds in much more water. The solar water pumps are more helpful then the traditional hand pumps. It's also important for the agriculture and more efficient. The hand pumps on the other hand are manually operated pumps. Pros of using a hand pump is that easy installation, it can be used for very deep wells, and doesn't require mechanisation.

A SAFE PLACE

• The best place to put a solar water pump is most likely where the sun shines. It has to be protected by a type of case that is clear but not breakable. It needs to be protected because there are some stormy days in Egypt.

METHODS OF DESALTINATION

• Desalination is a process that removes minerals from saline or salt waters. Desalination has all kinds of methods. One most common method is reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis is a method that produces pure water. Rainwater harvesting is another method where it collects rainwater from surfaces on which rain falls, it filters it and stores it for multiple uses.

HOW CAN IT BE POTABLE?

• Our device will process contaminated water and we will be putting it in Egypt because most of our country is a desert. Also our device is a solar powered energy to convert water with parasites, chemicals, garbage and sediments into purified water. Potent water is important because it helps people stay hydrated especially in the heat. It is also needed for cooking and cleaning . So this will give potent water to Egypt so it will help Egthere growing country survive.
