TIMELINE
1986-Usain was born.
1998-Usain Bolt was the best sprinter in his elementary school.
2001-Usain got a silver medal in his school sprinting championships.
2004-Usain got injured during a race in the Athens Olympics
2005 & 2006- Usain reached the top 5 rankings
2007-Usain broke a world record for speed held by Donald Quarrie for over 30 years.
2011-Usain didn't win a race and lost "the fastest person in the world" title
2012-Usain got 3 gold medals in the London Summer Olympics,and regained his name.

CHILDHOOD
Usain Bolt was a little poor when he was young.He had a small house, but he adjusted.When he went to elementary school, the coaches recognized his sprinting potential, and got him special training.He didn't go to such a good school, but he got a good education.He was very responsible, and caring.

CONTRIBUTIONS
Usain Bolt has made lots of donations for the world.He owns a foundation that educates and takes care of poor kids.He has recently signed a $7,300 cheque to this foundation!he also signed and donated 3 pairs of his signature gold shoes,too!Usain has made a soccer team sponsored by Samsung, to keep kids active and let them have fun.Usain has also made many workshops for everyone to have fun,and influence kids.He is a very thoughtful and responsible person.
He goes all over the world, so he has some responsibility, and he doesn't drink alcohol or eat drugs.He doesn't act violent, just because he is famous and he can do anything.

FAME
Usain Bolt is very famous for his 3 medals in the Olympics and being the fastest person on the planet.However,if we were still thinking Whites are better than Blacks,Usain wouldn't be allowed in the Olympics, and we would never see his potential.Usain is an exemplar of how Black people can be as good as white people.
