The majority religion in Chile is Christianity, which is 75% of the people in Chile and 59% of them belong to the Catholic Church.

  • Vina del Mar music festival. Their is lots of pop music and people do performances.
  • Carnaval Andino con la fuerza del sol. It is hosted in the city of Arica, it's three day festival that celebrates the peaceful blending Spanish and indigenous cultures in Andes.

HOLIDAYS

  • Fiestas patrias or "patriotic Festivities", is a celebration were they eat and dance often late at night.
  • Santiago a Mil, is Chile's largest festival. It takes place in the country's capital, they have indoor performances and international street shows.

SPORTS
The two most important sports in Chile are fútbol and tennis. Chile lost to Spain in the 2014 World Cup Brazil, the final score was 0-2.

I think that the pastel de choclo wold be gross because it has olives and vegetables and since it said pastel which means cake in Spanish I thought it would sound good.
