You can transmit these types of diseases through the air(sneezing, coughing, etc.)

AIDS
You can catch aids through blood transfusions, kissing, sharing needles, or exchanging bodily fluids with someone who has aids
You can prevent aids by making sure you don't share needles, and make sure that you don't get blood from someone who has aids
where the body undergoes loss of cellular immunity, causing a vulnerability towards other sicknesses

ATHLETE'S FOOT
a fungal infection affecting the skin between the toes. It is a form of ringworm.
From having wet/damp socks and shoes and being in humid places
This can be prevented by drying your feet/changing your socks, and not touching the shoes/socks of someone with athletes foot.

STREP THROAT
It is a infection with a germ called Group A Streptoccos
Is caused by bacteria in the throat.
Can be cured by taking antibiotics
Symptoms: cough, sore throat, spitting of mucus

Can not be cured only symptoms can be cured
Sypmtoms: fever, runny nose, headache, body aches

How you get it: your pancreas stops working and insulin is very low in blood

Born with it(genetic)
Starts with nerve damage and then progresses to muscle damage
Muscle spasms, nerve pain, decrease in motor skills, deterioration of body and eventually the mind

Caused by overexposure to the sun or tanning beds
Can be frozen or surgically removed
Is a abnorml growth of skin cells which cn be hazardous to the body

ASTHMA
Genetic or caused by allergies
Affects the respiratory system
Causes wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath, mucus in lungs
Acts up during certain weather, allergy season, when exercising
