A drug is 'any substance other than food, water and oxygen which when taken into the body, changes the way the body works.
effects of nicotine
coughing, lung cancer, cancer, stained teeth and fingers, rotting teeth, black teeth, emphysema, smelly clothes, red eyes, dizzy, addicted to nicotine.
effects of cannabis
being happy, relaxed, confused, dizzy, blood shot eyes, headaches, fainting, nausea, memory loss, depression, frightened and confused.
effects of alcohol
heart disease, diabetes,liver damage, kidney failure, blurred vision, violence, headaches, feel sick, blackout, unco-ordinated, confused, depression and addiction.
safety tips don't take it if:
it is not legal for you to buy
it wasn't given to you by a doctor or you parents
there's no message on the packet about how much is a safe dose for your age group
it might set off an allergy
