Great Britian moved the Jews to Israel. Palestinian Arabs were already residing in the land. The other Arabian countries gained their independence. They protested the taking of the Palestinian Arabs land. A civil war broke out.

Arab Independence: After the war Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan gained independence. Superpowers interfered on war against imperialism because of vast resource reserves.

Egyptian Response: the Egyptians opposed Israel and then took control of Arab world. Nasser abolished military rights to the Suez Canal trying to get rid of imperialism.
