PRESENTATION OUTLINE
The atmosphere is important to us for many different reasons. It protects us from the radiation of the sun, it keeps us warm and the heat on earth instead of radiating out into space.
The atmosphere also gives us weather. Wind, rain and snow all depend on the atmosphere. It provides cool breezes on hot days and rain to make plants grow.
The atmosphere doesn't just protect us from radiation, it also protects us from things falling from space. Everyday meteoroids fall into Earth's atmosphere. When they reach the atmosphere, most of them burn up due to the friction of the air.
The atmosphere is needed for plants to. It contains a small amount of CO2, which plants, along with sunlight, need to grow.
THE LAYERS
- The Troposphere
- The Stratosphere
- The Mesosphere
- The Thermosphere
- The Ionosphere/Exosphere
God's creation
I think God created the atmosphere to let us live and so we can praise Him.
The mesosphere is the layer directly above the stratosphere and below the thermosphere. It extends about 50 to 85 kilometers (31-53 miles) above our planet. The mesosphere is an important layer because it burns up most of the astroids so they don't hit the earth and kill us.
