LUNG CANCER

BY NICK WESTFALL PD7-8

I chose lung cancer because not only is it one of the most common
cancers it's also a pretty dangerous one as well.

It would only affect me and people in general if you. For one are a smoker.
Two if over long periods of time your around ciggrate smoke, and get second hand
and no know one in my family has lung cancer that I know of.

The cell cycle goes from a sleeping phase, through a growing phases, then to ... does not know the difference between cancer cells and the normal cells. The normal cells most commonly affected by chemotherapy are the blood so the cell cycle get confused.

Cancer happens in response to certain errors in cell cycle regulation and in growth factor dependent intracellular, involvement of cyclin D in cell cycle control and growth factor signaling that makes it a possible for oncogene. In normal cells overproduction and the importance of cyclin D in growth factor signaling defects is important as well in its regulation is responsible for absence of growth regulation in cancer cells.

lung cancer syntoms can be the followed a intense Coughing fit
Pain in the chest or shoulder. A change in color or volume of sputum.
Shortness of breath or so called persistent catching of breath
Changes in the voice.Harsh sounds with each breath.

People who smoke two or more packs of cigarettes per day, statics say one in seven will die of lung cancer. However the risk is higher the more you smoke, there is no safe level of exposure to tobacco smoke. Pipe and cigar smoking can also cause lung cancer, although the risk is not as high as with cigarettes. Even second hand though it takes far more time to
delovlop the estimated life span of people with lung cancer is about five years.

The best thing to do is to not smoke tobacco, and stay away from people
who do that's the most simplest way of fixing the problem. Then there's addiction
the best advice is ecigs could help with that and or counseling.

A good treatment is radiation therapy or surgery to treat lung cancer. That has spread to the brain, lung cancer that has spread to the brain is treated with radiation therapy, surgery, and seems to be the best option to control it.

The best way to diagnosed it is a CT scan which can reveal small lesions in your lungs that might not be detected on an X-ray machine. Sputum cytology. If you have a cough and are producing sputum, looking at the sputum under the microscope can usually reveal the view of lung cancer cells.

The more a person smokes , the more likely you are to get lung cancer however a certain length of time a smoker is more important than how many cigarettes a person smoke a day.
Anotheir is young age is even more harmful than starting as an adult.
Also the least risk is what known as Passive smoking (breathing in other people's cigarette smoke) increases the risk of lung cancer, but it is still much less than if you smoke yourself
