TSUNAMIS

• caused by earthquakes in the ocean
• creates energy that transfers into the water to create a big wave.
• Energy collects and the waves get larger and larger until it crashes against the coast

IDEAS

• Towers
• Trees
• Under ground bunkers
• Wall

WHY IT WOULDN'T WORK

• The tower will fall and cause more damage then the wave
• The mangrove trees would cause more problems then the tsunamis
• The wall will cost to much money to buy the materials
• The under ground hideout will flood and drown the people

OUR IDEA

• We will make a wall that curves.
• The curve will push the wave back in to the ocean.
• Japan is creating a retractable wall but it doesn't have a curve.
• The wall will cost $7,434,320.00
• We are estimating this for our cost.
