The purpose for my science fair project is to learn more about human body temperature and a human's body clock in general.

RESEARCH I HAVE ACQUIRED
All mammals contain Circadian Rhythms to have a schedule for sleeping and waking up.
The SCN, located in the brain, controls and maintains a human's body clock.
The retina sends signals to the SCN when it receives light.
When the SCN notices darkness, melatonin increases which causes drowsiness.
Zeitgebers are interruptions in Circadian Rhythms that slightly prevent sleep.

4.
MY PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Gather supplies for agenda.
Plan readings for the 24 hour cycle.
Jot down notes in logbook.
Create graph that shows results.
Conclude assignment and respond to hypothesis.

5.
My data summary shows that my human body temperature raised and lowered slightly. It would rise during the day and lower during the night.

MY GRAPH IS SHOWN IN THE BACKGROUND.
IT IS A LINE GRAPH THAT REPRESENTS THREE DAYS.
7.
To conclude my science fair project, I have to say that Circadian Rhythms control more than you think. Without them we could not have any sleeping schedule!
