• The Declaration of Independence was signed on the 4th of July 1776

WHERRE

• It was signed in Independence hall in the Assembly room

PEOPLE WHO SIGNED IT

• A total of 56 people signed the Declaration
• Two signers became future presidents, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams
• The oldest person to sign it was Benjamin Franklin
• The youngest was Edward Rutledge
