»The laity are made to share the priestly, prophetical, and kingly office of Christ.
»Both groups (hierarchy and laity) are Consecrated to God

»Faith in the church can not be bestowed on themselves, faith must be given or offered.
»Bishops and Priests receive "the sacred Power" from God.

»Ecclesial ministry are pastoral ministers who serve the church but are not ordained.

»they are entirely dependant on Christ who gives them a mission and authority.

»Ministers are "slaves of Christ" because Christ freely took "the form of a slave" for us.

» The Sacramental Nature of Ecclesial Ministry has a personal character although Christ's servers act in communion with one another. It has a personal character because each one is called personally, "you, follow me"
