• Lithosphere-consist of earth crust and the top section of solid.
• Tectonic plates-Earth continents are attached to these plates.
• Convection-is the spread of heat though the movement of a fluid substance.
• Gravity-also contributes to plate movement

EFFECTS OF TECTONIC PLATE MOVEMENT

• Mountains-when two land plates, known as continental plates.
• Rift valleys-long valleys between parallel ridges of mountains
• Earthquakes and tsunamis-plate movement can also cause vibration know as earthquakes & tsunamis when an earthquake occurs under or near the oceon,it creates immense ocean waves of destructive force know as tsunamis
• Vocanoes-Hot solid rock turns into liquid

HYDROSPHERE C:

• Hydrosphere-ocean and other bodies of water
