PRESENTATION OUTLINE
He was born in Geneva,Switzerland and they had a representative democracy similar to what America would have.
He was know for his belief that man was naturally good and they are corrupted by society.
Rousseau was a strong believer in the social contract theory. He believed that the only way for everyone to have their life, liberty, and property protected was by people giving up their rights for the better of the community.
He believed that all political power must rest with the people and anyone who went against the majority of the people would have to obey the laws that were set by the majority.
