Mahābhārata is one of the two major Sanskrit epics. Longest known epic poem.

The Hindu temple of prayer are called Mindif, Develayam, Hindu temple, or Thanami. A Hindu priest is called a Shankaracharya.

The sacred cow: a source of food and the symbol of life and may never be killed. The cow is a taboo in the Hindu religion.

Yantra: a geometrical item representing the universe. Symbolizes cozmogenic development, from the absolute center to the material world at the edges.
