CAUSES

• Can be inherited
• Could appear if you have experienced a traumatic scenario
• Aspects of personality

SYMPTOMS

• Flashbacks to a traumatic event,
• Nightmares about that event,
• Anxiety

TREATMENTS

• People may go through therapy
• Some prescription meds include sertraline and alprazolam
• Therapy treatments include stress management, relaxation techniques, or psychoeducation

• Most people diagnosed were either in the army or some other military sect
