  • This program was started as a way to integrate technology in schools.
  • Students are encouraged to bring technology from home to use for daily use.
  • Another way to even up the student to computer ratio.
  • Students were asked to rent or buy devices to bring to school.

  • Every student can have a device to use.
  • More time for each student to interact with the programs used in class.
  • Teacher can evaluate each student separately.
  • Students can continue learning when they are able to work from home.
  • Students learn at their own pace.

  • The price for one of these devices can be pricy for some families.
  • Teacher with little or no experience may not know how to use them.
  • Districts may show concerns with liability issues.
