Many people don't get the recommended amounts of calcium from the foods they eat including:
Boys aged 9 , 13 years
Girls aged 9, 18 years
Women older than 50 years
Men older than 70 years
Antacids containing aluminum increase calcium loss in urine.
Calcium is a soft grey alkaline earth metal
Calcium supplements can interfere examples are anabiotics and antacids.
Calcium is used to help blood vessels move blood through the body
