  • 1 hr eating = 86.4

IDEAL ACTIVITY CON.

  • 10hr sitting =648
  • 1 hr jogging = 453.8
  • 1 hr cleaning = 129.6
  • TOTAL = 3,952.2

REFLECTION

In my ideal day I will be burning more calories then I'm consuming because I'm burning 3, 952.2 and I'm eating 2,058. Which means my ideal diet plan is perfect with my ideal activity plan.
