How Fossils are formed.

Have you ever wanted to learn how fossils are formed?Well your in luck. First, fossils are animal bones preserved in rock. Next, most fossils form over a very long time. Last, most fossils are formed under the sea. In conclusion, now you can see how fossils are formed.

What are Fossils?
Have you ever wondered what a fossil is? Well your in luck! First, a fossil doesn't always have to be a dinosaurs bone it can be any animals bone. Next, a fossil can be any animals imprint they left behind.Last, fossils are preserved in rock, so it can become a fossil.Equally important,now you know how everyone in Mr. Fenn's class learned about fossils.

The Mosasaurs features

Have you ever wondered what some of the Mosasaurs features were? Well your in luck. First, the mosasaurs was 50ft long this was one of the largest meat eaters called carnivores. Next, it was one of the most furious predators! Did you know it is not a dinosaur it is a reptile? Also, even though they are very gigantic they are very powerful swimmers. Finally,it was a large lizard and the biggest sea animal. It is bigger than a komodo dragon. In conclusion clearly now you know what the Mosasaurs looked like.

The diet and habitat of the Mosasaurs

Have you ever wondered what the Mosasaurs diet and habitat was? Well I guess your lucky. First, the Mosasaurs lived under the sea but sometimes it went above the surface for air. Next, the Mosasaurs is a carnivore,it eats fish, turtles and shell fish. Maybe it only ate food that lived in the sea. Did you know scientists found a Masasaurs tooth print in a ammonite shellfish. Also, the Masasaurs goes inside the animals shell and gets out the meat. Finally, they crack very hard shells with their extremely sharp teeth. In conclusion now it is easy for you to tell others about the Mosasaurs diet and habitat.

The Mosasaurs evolved with the alligator,lizards and the snake. Also, it uses its long sharp teeth to cut through things that it gets stuck in. When a Mosasaurs mother has a baby she leaves for 2 days to go find food for their family. When it is is trouble it uses its long sharp teeth to attack its prey. Clearly now you know some interesting facts about the Mosasaurs.
