PRESENTATION OUTLINE
ENTREPRENEUR inside The company
The employee was born during the Industrial Revolution
Machines were created to help humans to go faster in manufacturing goods.
Artisans left the place to Machines. Unique customers disappeared and were subtituted by undistinguished mass.
The customer became less important than the product
If there was no need to understand a customer, there was no need of thinking minds, as the goal was not to innovate, but just to produce.
That's when the word 'employee' was born.
People were employed like tools to produce certain things.
