Anne Frank lived during the Holocaust. Anne is famous for her diary while she was in hiding.

In the Holocaust the Jews had to wear the Star of David to make sure people new they were Jews.

The Jews Had to wear six sided stars on everything

• The Star of David that the Jews had to wear said "Jude" meaning "Jew"
• They had to wear them on everyday to day outfits
• Wedding dresses, tuxedos (formal outfits)
• The color of the Star was yellow

In the concentration camps everyone had to wear blue and white striped shirts with numbers on them.

The women that survived showed their tattoo of their number that they were in the consternation camp
