CLASSICAL CONDITIONING
There would be no calling students out in front of the
class that could result in the student being afraid of
school or developing a hate for a certain subject

10.
OPERANT CONDITIONING
If students maintain an A average over the course
of the year they don't have to take the final exam
so it encourages them to do well in school

INTRINSIC VS EXTRINSIC
My school would be intrinsically motivated because in real life you aren't
going to get rewards for doing what you are supposed to do. The school
would be made enjoyable so that kids want to go to school and do well
for the sake of learning. Any rewards would just be something to remind
kids of their hard work.
