PRESENTATION OUTLINE

PTSD

AND SOME SYMPTOMS
PTSD stands for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It's a mental sickness caused by the sighting of traumatizing images or real life scenarios.

PTSD

IS CAUSED BY TRAUMATIC VEWINGS.
PTSD is caused by traumatic viewings. Such things related to death, or near death experiences. You can easily get it from something your brain has a hard time processing.

SYMPTOMS

Everyone reacts differently to PTSD so one persons symptoms can be a whole lot different than another person. One person may be having nightmares and reliving the event, while another person can be startled easy or wants to be isolated.

CAUSES OF PTSD

While one person may get PTSD from a sight of death, another person can get it just from losing a good friend in their life.

20%

OF RETURNING SOLDIERS HAVE PTSD
Over a six year period, 20% of soldiers return over seas with PTSD. Over 30% of Vietnam vets return with some sort of depression or PTSD.

THE END.

PTSD isn't about how you act now. It's why you act the way you do, and the things you've seen.
