WHITLAM DISMISSAL

  • Fraser became caretaker PM after Gov. General, Sir John Kerr, dismissed Whitlam.
  • On the basis that he end the political turmoil and call an immediate election.

  • Liberal Party Leader.

  • Committed to establishing refugee resettlement in Australia
