The coniferous forest, also called taiga or boreal forest in northern Eurasian. The location of this ecosystem is in Canada, Europe, Asia, and USA or between 50*and 60*lat.

The climate

The precipitation is 300 to 900 millimeters of rain per year. The ecosystem has, long, cold snowy winters warm and humid summer. They have distinct seasons, and at least four to six months free from frost.

Gray Wolf

Gray wolf also known as the timber wolf can survive in many types of biomes. These wolves are carnivores and enjoy moose, caribou and other deer like animals.

Mosses

Usually less than 12 inches tall, Club Moss (pictured) have needle-like leaves. Their use in Christmas wreaths have brought them close to the point of extinction. This group of moss plants are closely related to ferns!

Adaptations
Adaptations are changes in a bird’s behavior or body that allow the bird to stay alive and reproduce. There are two main types of adaptations, physical and behavioral adaptations.

Forest and woodland birds have adaptations that enable them to survive in their habitat.

I think that is important that the ecosystem be protected because its part of the word and also because the animals that live in there ecosystem helps to other animals to survive.
