  • Chief of state: awarding medals to to scholarship winners
  • Chief executive: reading reports about problems
  • Chief diplomat: traveling to London to meet British leaders
  • Commander in chief: inspecting a navy yard
  • Chief legislator: signing a bill of congress

Chief of party: choosing leading party members to serve in cabinet.
Chief economy: meeting with business to discuss needs/problems.

THE TERMS

  • Every four years the president and vice president are elected
  • Only two terms can be served
  • No more than 10 years
