PROMETHEUS

WHY I PICKED PROMETHEUS

• Prometheus was the wisest Titan. His name means "forethought" and he was able to foretell the future.
• He was the son of Iapetus. When Zeus revolted against Cronus Prometheus deserted the
• other Titans and fought on Zeus side.
• He tricked Zeus into giving the good part of sacrifices to humans.
• Zeus was so mad he chained Prometheus to a rock and had an eagle come and eat his liver.

PUNISHMENT AND RESCUE

• Everyday his liver get eaten unless he reverses the sacrifice.
• Hercules saves him.
• That's why he's called the protector of humanity.
• He stole a spark for Zeus thunderbolt to give humanity fire.
