#1. WHAT TRANSPORTS THINGS FROM PLACE TO PLACE ?

  • Some things that transfers stuff from one place to another are roads & rails which are set to benefit substantially from higher energy prices.
  • It is the most energy efficient land transportation mode, air which can be impaired for both passengers & freight, & maritime.

#2 WHY AND HOW ARE PLACES CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER

  • They use roads and highway to connect
  • They have airports so when they travel by airplane they could arrive there
  • They also travel by car, busses, motorcycles to close places

#3 WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORTATION ROUTS IN OUR AREA?

  • Subway:transports you underground
  • Bus:drives u where there is a stop which is every 2 blocks
  • Boats: travels u above water
  • Airplanes: fly you over the land to your destination
  • Train: it travels you on tracks to a certain stops
  • Cable cars: buses that runs with cables on top mostly in big city

#4 WHY DOES IT TAKE A LONG TIME TO COVER SPACE?

  • The land is large so it is difficult to get around
  • There is also many people so u won't travel right away
  • It will also depend on where you travel and on what
  • The fast you get there depends on where you go and on how you go

#5. What products are the biggest exports from the region?

  • The biggest exports are civilian aircraft, semiconductors, industrial machinery, auto parts, passenger cars, medical equipment, plastic materials, and telecom equipment.
  • This is significant because it affects on other countries we send the materials to.

#6. What products are the biggest imports from the region?

  • They are crude oil, pharmaceuticals, household goods, computer accessories, auto parts, computers, telecom equipment, and video equipment.
  • The significance of this is how it affects our own region through buying from other regions.

#7. WHAT IS THE MOST COMMON THING THAT MOVES OBJECTS?

  • Scientists have been able to find how to move objects around in midair by the sound of levitation.
  • They did a number of midair experiments, including a wooden toothpick.
  • For now, scientist are using levitation to move only small, lightweight objects.

#8. WHAT SPEEDS UP MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE FROM PLACE TO PLACE ?

  • In Mexico, bicycles help the most of anything to get less traffic.
  • Canada has great airlines with the most safety acquirements & having almost no problems.
  • In USA, airports are more affective, but expensive; along with greyhound buses being linked to Canada from USA.

#9. WHAT SLOWS DOWN MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE & GOODS FROM PLACE TO PLACE?

  • In Mexico, a bus is used to get around & is useful, but is usually halted most times because of people sticking their hand out, making the bus stop anytime.
  • In Canada, a can is essential, but travel times may be slow because of single lane highways.
  • In USA, public transportation is least convenient except in major cities. Taxis cost more than anything, and hitchhiking gets dangerous.
  • Canada, USA, and Mexico all trade together with goods, but being able to keep trading with a certain cost & on the problems upcoming May end the trades between all of the " three amigos" ( America, Canada, and Mexico )
