IDEAL HEALTH - THE 3 SHOULD…BALANCE
Physical health: should require
exercising, eating healthy, and mostly taking care of your body.
Your social health should include: spending time with friends and family .Going out and talking.
And your mental health includes: not having stress in your mind. Not letting anger and frustration build up. And having a good calm mind.
All theses components should balance each other out in a good, healthy, positive way.
