• The right to a speedy trial
• You could be held in jail for a number of years while waiting for your trail

8TH AMENDMENT

• No excessive bail. No cruel and unusual punishments.
• Your bail could cost millions of dollars without this right.

10TH AMENDMENT

• The states rights
• Without this right the federal government would
• Control all regulations within the country.
