NICOLO'S BACKGROUND
Machiavelli lived from 1469-1527.
When Machiavelli was young, he worked as a diplomat.
He was a devious boy and eventually was put in jail and excommunicated from his political position.
Machiavelli attended the University of Florence.
He died in a small village in Florence and his tomb is in the Santa Croce church.

MACHIAVELLI'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Machiavelli is known as the father of political theory
Machiavelli created writings and books about his opinion about Italian Politics.
His most famous book was the Prince created in 1496.
Many other of his works were unfinished.

THE MACHIAVELLI IMPACT
With his book "The Prince", it Impacted the political world of today.
His ideas and predictions of today's political society have been correct.
Still today, we use Machiavelli's experiences and opinions as a reference.
Machiavelli is considered to be the pioneer for politics around the world.
