Rosa Reason for being arrested.
On December 1,1955 a 43 year old seamstress, named Rosa Parks, disagreed to move from where she was sitting to let a white man sit there.

She was sitting in the first seat in row 11 when the bus driver,James Blake, asked her to move for a white man to sit down. After Rosa refused, she was arrested for violating the municipal code segregating the races in Montgomery.

That night Rosa was released from jail on bail. Even though some civil rights stories portray her as a little black woman whose was tired from a long days work and wanted to rest her feet. She realized what she was doing with the larger idea of racial justice.
