Situation

• No money
• Impending $ but uncertain timing
• People need to pay rent
• Current clients need execution
• Sales pipeline blowing up our phones
• Need to find a way to not squander this giant opportunity

Rudy

• Has done emergency funding for us in the past
• Have strung him out quite a bit, might be a tough sell
• Will definitely need a clear timeline and have expectations set
• Likely last time we could go to this particular well

Previous investors

• Invested $200K in August, said they would "double down" if things went according to plan
• Problem is Sky pledged $100K/300K round that never came in
• They are pissed, not sure if I could get them to do it as some feel "duped"

Earl

• Whether he can fund 500K/1M not super important, either is enough to solve current problem
• What is his hold up?
• Three weeks ago he was "ready"
• How can we get to some timing certainty with him?

Sky

• Fund "good faith?"
• Helps alleviate "is this ever going to happen"
• Hopefully smooths over $100K pump fake

Off the wall contract work

• RFP from MSFT for redoing infrastructure on MSN games
• Other opportunities for "shitty/not relevant" consulting/outsource work to keep lights on
